To deliver high standards to customer service and to support the Store Management team in unplanned circumstances including opening/closing the store, or in emergency situations.
Specific keyholder responsibilities in the absence of all other members of management:
- Conduct timely, efficient opening of the store, undertaking all necessary till/opening
procedures
- Undertake full responsibility for cashing up duties and for the secure closure of the
store
- Lead on health & safety, fire, and manual handling procedures during store opening
and closing
Customer Service
- Deliver high standards of customer service to every customer
- Use product knowledge to assist customers, offer add-ons and convert the sale
- Effectively communicate the Company’s refund policy and serve on refunds
- Work to meet customers’ needs, selling complete outfits whenever possible
- Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
