As market leaders in the local village and rural property market weare seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven track record in estate agency and be self motivated with a passion for property.
Responsibilities
- Creating viewing appointments from leads.
- Carrying out viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Client customer care
- Progressing sales.
Skills/Experience
- Proven experience as a sales negotiator
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making processes positively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative and creativity in overcoming challenges.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
