What is the Role?
They are on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to elevate their vibrant team. The ideal candidate will focus on the construction industry, playing a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for their clients. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to offering and onboarding them into their new roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process by sourcing and attracting candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry networking events.
- Screen CVs and applications to identify qualified professionals for construction and commercial positions.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and their cultural fit within specific organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
- Mentor and support junior consultants in effective candidate sourcing and engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, advocating for both clients and candidates.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the construction or commercial sector.
- Strong expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and candidates alike.
- Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
