- Do you have proven experience of building rapport and influence key stakeholders across the business?
- The ability to make sound business / HR recommendations after full review of the fact?
- Ability to work independently and agile, working with conflicting priorities
- Demonstrable knowledge of TUPE and ER
- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office programs
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and the practical application
- Ideally you will be qualified in CIPD Level 7 or above, however, we will consider candidates who have extensive experience
