We are looking for a highly experienced nursery practitioner who is looking to take the next step in their career. A deputy room leader will work with the room leader to ensure the smooth running of the room and step in when the room leader is not available.
This role will suit a senior practitioner looking to take the next step in their career or a deputy room leader looking to make a change.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the delivery of our curriculum, vision, and ethos
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with staff and parents
- Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures
- Deliver outstanding child development reports

- Previous experience working with children
- Minimum L3 Early Years qualification
