Leading independent agent is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their well established office in Plymouth. A talented, lettings professional with excellent communication, you enjoy being busy and using your skills to deliver success. Lettings (or estate agency) experience is required for this role and industry qualifications such as ARLA, CePAP, etc., would be advantageous. Responsibilities for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Offering a high level of customer service
- Diary management and attention to detail
- Ability to establish quick rapport with applicants
Skills & Experience for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role:
- A strong lettings or estate agency background
- Driving license & own car essential
- Exceptional communication skills
- Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
- Property industry experience
