Role: Property Associate (Lettings Negotiator)
Location: Bracknell or Wokingham (Either office is fine with us!)
Required hours: Monday –Friday (8.30-6.00pm). Every other Saturday (9.30-3.30pm)
Direct report: Lettings Director
Role description: To facilitate the marketing, viewing and negotiation of lettings listings.
To facilitate the progression of tenancies.
To ensure company standards are being met and our clients are receiving epic service. (Embrace Excellence)
To assist and support company events.
To be a brand ambassador. (That’s what Sprinkle Stardust means )
Duties: To generate valuations.
To conduct lettings valuations.
To register tenants.
To conduct viewings.
To negotiate offers.
To progress transactions through to move-in.
To ensure regulatory compliance is adhered to.
To refer to carefully selected third parties.
To smash it out of the park.
Development: Training for all aspects of the role will be provided.
Personal and professional development is encouraged and supported. (We have a growing library of books to help yourself from)
Goal: To be better than you were six months ago but not as good as you will be in six months’ time.

Fixed income
Commission on branch revenue
