The Role:
This is a great role for you if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, getting involved in multiple projects, with multiple stakeholders and are obsessed with efficiency.
As a Senior Executive, you’ll play a key role in creating engaging digital assets that bring client campaigns to life. Your work will focus on designing digital creatives that align with brand guidelines and deliver strong results as well as supporting with email development and the technical setup of digital campaigns ensuring designs are built correctly, display well across devices and are ready for activation. You’ll be part of a multi discipline CRM team and collaborate closely with other team members and the wider marketing team, gaining exposure to the full creative process while developing your skills in digital design and other specialist craft areas.
You’ll work closely with clients, joining regular calls to present creative concepts, gather feedback alongside discussions on design best practice. We’re looking for someone who is creative and detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident in taking ownership to deliver high-quality work across a wide variety of client campaigns.
Along the way, you’ll see tremendous growth in the team, its client base, and your personal career, as you develop a deep - and marketable - understanding of our email-CRM service area. As a team, Demand Generation covers a wide range of craft skills including but not limited to Content Syndication, Lead generation, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Social and Technical Implementations.
Tasks and responsibilities would include;
- Create eye-catching digital designs and supporting assets, including emails, website landing pages and social-media ads, that deliver results and stay on brand.
- Support with email development and setup, ensuring designs display flawlessly across all devices and platforms.
- Own and manage email campaign testing across multiple clients and devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns from concept to execution.
- Provide clients with performance reports and actionable insights on email campaigns.
- Take ownership of projects, managing multiple campaigns while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure campaigns are executed according to the brief and in a timely manner.
- Participate in client calls and develop strong, lasting relationships through clear communication and proactive support.
- Support stakeholders with the creation of digital visuals for new business and existing clients.
- Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
About You:
Technical & Marketing Expertise

Hands-on and proven experience working day-to-day with large-scale clients and projects

Digital and tech-savvy with a solid understanding of modern digital marketing solutions and technologies

Experience/understanding of email marketing, design best practices, limitations, setups, and nurture flows

Knowledge of and experience with marketing automation systems to create, optimise, and manage campaigns

Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD); animation and GIF creation is a bonus

Basic understanding of HTML
