What's the role:
The Senior CRM Executive role at CAVU is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and deliver our CRM marketing strategy across all our brands. Reporting into the CRM Lead and sitting within our central Customer Marketing function, you’ll be responsible for executing timely, relevant, and data-driven campaigns that drive customer engagement, increase retention, and deliver commercial revenue.
You’ll play a key role in growing our marketing database, expanding our pool of active customers, and maximising customer lifetime value (CLTV) through continuous testing, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. From campaign planning and performance analysis to automated journey management and data-led segmentation, this is a brilliant role for someone passionate about CRM, digital marketing, and customer experience.

About You:
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2C CRM or retention marketing role
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, lifecycle marketing, and personalisation tactics
- Proven track record of delivering high-performing CRM campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using email marketing platforms (ESPs)
- Familiarity with data compliance best practices
Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed or omnichannel
Skills and Attitude:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable interpreting data to optimise campaigns
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Effective time and project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-obsessed, proactive, and results-driven
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and a solutions-focused, positive approach
Preferred but not essential
- Experience supporting A/B and multivariate testing programmes
- Experience managing automated lifecycle journeys
- A digital-first mindset with awareness of consumer behaviours across devices and channels
