SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE
Green & Fortune has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our talented team at Rotunda Restaurant, London.
Your role will be to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in providing a smooth and seamless running of the kitchen operation. Ensuring high standards of food service and food/product innovation is kept at all times.
We are looking for someone who has grill experience and an extensive background in the hospitality sector and has directly overseen the food offerings within large and varied operations of high quality. You will show great flexibility and organisational skills as well as the ability to differentiate and produce everything from high quality casual food to innovative event catering and classic fine dining.
You will possess a passion and enthusiasm for quality ingredients, high street and international food trends, and bringing them to life. You will be able to handle high pressured environments in a calm manner and have a can do approach, dealing with not only the planned, but also the last minute aspects of the business.

- Annual Salary - Up to 36k
