About the Role:
As a Senior Carer, you’ll lead by example, supporting both residents and care colleagues. Your duties will include:
- Leading the care team and supporting junior staff
- Administering and recording medications
- Providing personal care with compassion and dignity
- Assisting with meals and daily living tasks
Role Details:
St Benets Court 36 hours per week (24 hours as Senior Carer, 12 hours as Day Carer)
- Shifts: Flexibility required across 8am–2pm, 2pm–8pm, and 8am–8pm
- Weekends: Alternate weekend working expected
