We are a newly built 68 bedded service situated in Whitchurch. The home will provide care across two floors integrating four communities in a state-of-the-art luxurious facility.

Requirements
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Ensure the highest levels of care are maintained by supporting and assisting our residents, when required, for their personal care with washing, toileting, dressing, undressing, as well as all other aspects of their daily living.
- Liaise with trained nurses and home manager
- Motivate, guide and support others to develop
- Keep accurate records that are up to date and reflect the current needs of the residents
- Safely administering and recording of medication.
- Supervise and co-ordinate staff to ensure optimum individual and team performance as well as carry out 1:1 supervision meetings.
- Communicate regularly with families to ensure residents needs are met.
