Senior Care Assistant – Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team in delivering exceptional care within a residential care home setting. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Previous experience in senior care or a care home setting.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Level 3 Certificate in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required.
- Experience with care planning and understanding individual needs.
- Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping.
