About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a well-established care home in Stockton-on-Tees (TS17). This is a full-time night position, offering 3 to 4 shifts per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents during night hours
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Supervise and support care assistants on shift
- Promote independence, dignity, and well-being of all residents
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and care regulations
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – Essential
- Prior experience in a senior care or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
- Right to work in the UK – Sponsorship is NOT provided
