We are seeking a talented Barber to join our team at Rogers Barber Shop in the heart of Plymouth city centre. We are a family run, BUSY tradional barber. This role is vital in delivering high-quality grooming services that align with our commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, beard trims and styling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the shop.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work atmosphere.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barber. Minimum 2 years barbershop experience.
- Strong skills in hair cutting, styling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of current trends in barbering and grooming.
