The Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in working 1:1 and in small groups with children with complex needs
- Skilled in adapting resources and strategies to support individual learning plans
- Confident in supporting pupils with communication difficulties, sensory needs, and emotional regulation
- Proactive, patient, and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate about helping every child reach their potential, regardless of their starting point
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support tailored to the individual needs of pupils
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and SEN professionals to deliver EHCP targets
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that supports academic and personal development
- Monitor progress and communicate effectively with staff and families
