Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Engage with clients to assess their hair care requirements and recommend suitable services or products.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming salon environment.
- Perform front desk duties as required, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
Qualifications
- Valid hairdressing qualification or certification from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of barbering techniques is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership skills when mentoring others.
