Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and certified carpet cleaner who can operate independently within our brand (Cosy Cleaners, Cosy Gardeners, Cosy Cars). We care for everything inside and outside the home. We will provide marketing, leads and payments/collections (paid weekly). We need you to estimate and undertake occasional carpet cleaning for us.
Note we have short term work available!!
You will effectively operate as a contractor under our brand and we will take approx 20+% of the fees charged.
We are currently offering cleaning services in the house and adding gardening and car detailing in the next couple of months.
Our clients are all over but we're looking initially for Daventry then Northampton/ Banbury/ Rugby and surrounding villages.
This will provide you with a lot of flexibility and an easy way to expand your own carpet business. Opportunities in the future to be part of our core staff team if you would like.
Please note: applicant must have a car/van and full driving license to get to different jobs and a full set of cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities
- Estimate carpet cleaning jobs and undertake the work
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to established guidelines.
- Drive to various locations as required for work assignments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning and a certificate is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and provide all your own equipment and tools.
- A valid driving licence is necessary and access to a car for travel between locations.
- You will probably need a car/van to transport equipment, dependant on the nature of work.
- All carpet cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
