We are looking for dynamic Security Personnel to join our transport team - individuals with a great work ethic and a can-do attitude. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-value, time-sensitive goods to venues across UK as part of a double-crewed team.
The role is based on 40 hours per week on a 4 shift rotation; days, mid-mornings, afternoons and evenings, Monday to Friday, with optional overtime when available. We provide full on-the-job training, so while experience in secure logistics is desirable, it’s not essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out secure collections and deliveries in line with operating procedures
- Ensuring all goods are packed, secured, and documented correctly
- Operating a company vehicle (7.5t) and conducting daily vehicle checks
- Liaising with clients and external security partners during collections and deliveries
- Using a handheld device to track and record movements
- Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and upholding high standards of customer service
- Following all company security and health & safety procedures
- Reporting any issues or incidents promptly to your manager
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence with C1 entitlement
- Confident communicator with good written and spoken English
- Excellent time management and the ability to meet daily operational targets
- Intermediate skills using smartphones and basic apps (e.g., Outlook, POD scanning)
- Smart, professional appearance and high personal standards
- A dependable team player who takes pride in their work
- Experience driving 7.5t vehicles
Desirable:
- Experience transporting valuable goods
- Valid SIA Licence
- Knowledge of the local area and regional routes
