The security specialist EMEA will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all
Enterprise security operations in EMEA, reporting to the EMEA Security Operations leads.
This will include interacting with all corporate XF partners and country leadership teams if
required, vendor management and financial reporting, corporate events support, travel
security, and incident management.

Managing the day-to-day security operations at client's corporate locations across
EMEA. -
Drive multiple security projects effectively, including managing key performance
indicators, vendor management, and quality control. This will often include liaising with
other members of the Enterprise Security team to ensure alignment on new projects. - Where necessary, contextualize and add regional-specific vigor to global programs to further optimize overall program delivery.
- Develop key relationships with the client's corporate Workplace teams, the landlord, and third-party security vendors, ensuring cohesion across the site’s security and safety functions.

Develop bespoke training packages in support of the existing guard force and
corporate security. - Development and implementation of client's site incident management procedures.
- Support and liaise with the EHS team to ensure all standards are maintained across all facilities.

Ensure effective communication and reporting to the Regional Head of Security
Operations, and work towards the standards set by the wider security team. - All other duties, as assigned.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment supervising several projects at various points (from development through to delivery).
- Team player within the regional team who operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask

Ability to identify, analyze, and explain the present or future security program
needs to leadership. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel to international offices, as required.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Mail.
- Proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
- Regular computer usage.
- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
- Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking.
- Travel, as required.
