SQR Group are currently recruiting dedicated and vigilant Concierge Security Officer to work in a high end residential location.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are adhered to while providing excellent customer service.
The position is full time, based on 12 hour Night shifts . Some shifts will be on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify any potential security risks or breaches.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations in a detailed logbook.
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities and gather evidence when required.
- Provide 5* Front of House/Customer Service
Skills
- Ideally worked in similar locations
- Experience operating CCTV systems effectively.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with staff and visitors.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- A strong sense of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Good IT Skills
- Door Supervisor Licence
