Job Title: Secretarial Administrator
Location: Barrow – On Site
Salary: £24,242
What you’ll be doing:
Calendar management, organising meetings and event coordination
Chasing queries/actions and correspondence from across the business unit to completion and communication with other high-level stakeholders
Arranging travel arrangements and accommodation
General office administration support
Providing administration support to End of Class team
Your skills and experiences:
Previous experience in a secretary position
Experience managing and collating data
Experience of MS Office
Experience of Stakeholder engagement

The Astute Leadership Team:
This role will support the senior leadership team on the Astute Programme. This is an exciting time to join Astute, as we prepare for Agamemnon leaving Barrow and then the completion and future exit of Achilles, the last of our Astute class submarines.
The role will be pivotal in providing secretarial support to the leadership team and administrative support to the End of Class team. You will work very closely with the Programme Director’s PA, providing direct on-site support to the Programme Director and covering for his PA during holiday periods.
We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
