We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, and ensure all amenities are stocked and presented to the highest standard.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the establishment.
- Follow health and safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From £12.55 per hour
