Job Description: We are seeking a hardworking and passionate candidate to join our team as a Minibus Driver. This role requires excellent driving skills and a commitment to providing safe and reliable transport services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing safe and reliable transport services to children with special needs.
- Ensuring the minibus is maintained, clean, and in good working order.
- Following scheduled routes and timings.
- Covering for other drivers when necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour (based on experience & performance evaluation)
- Weekly/Monthly pay
- 15Hours-25 Hours Per week
- Friendly working environment
- Opportunity to earn commission on extra work and services provided
- Comprehensive training and certifications provided
Requirements:
- Excellent driving skills
- Good knowledge of the Leamington Spa & Warwickshire area
- D1 Driving Licence for a 16-seater minibus preferred. If not training can be provided.
- Willingness to undergo required training and certifications for special transport services (costs covered by the company)
- Previous experience as a minibus driver or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
