Your Role Will Involve:
- The safe delivery, transportation, installation, disassembling and maintenance of saunas.
- Communication with customers and our internal Operations team.
- Reading, understanding and using our scheduling software.
- Document all installations, pick ups, maintenance, issues and repairs (Take photos).
- Communication with our 3rd Party Logistics company, to coordinate stock going in and out of the warehouse.
- Conduct site assessments to determine if the location is suitable for the sauna.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of installed and rental saunas.
- Giving customers instructions and information about the saunas.
- Address, problem solve and resolve any sauna operational issues.
- Oversee and manage the unloading of a 40ft container with 50~ saunas and spare parts.
- Manage and train assistant technicians.
- Dealing with the rubbish efficiently and effectively.
- Stock counts.
- Being friendly, respectful and helpful to customers.
- Maintaining, cleaning and taking the van for services, repairs, ect

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Preferred experience in delivery, installation, or similar fields, but most importantly eager to learn and show initiative.
- Basic mechanical aptitude; able to use tools and handle physical work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Location: Our main operation is around Crawley, West Sussex.
