About the Role:
At Ferrero, our brands are loved around the world—and now you have the chance to be part of the team that brings them to life in market. As a Sales & Trade Marketing Intern, you’ll rotate across both functions, gaining hands-on experience in commercial strategy, customer operations, and brand execution at point of sale.
You’ll support core sales activity by analysing data, generating insights, and guiding opportunities through the pipeline. At the same time, you’ll contribute to trade marketing projects—such as developing in-store activations, supporting trade shows, and creating impactful customer materials. From managing market data in tools like Blue Planner to helping shape campaigns that influence shopper behaviour, this dual role offers a unique, end-to-end view of how Ferrero drives growth in the UK market.
Main Responsibilities:
Throughout your rotation, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of teams across our Sales and Trade Marketing functions, including Field Sales, Customer Development, and Channel/Shopper Marketing. You’ll see first-hand how different parts of the commercial team work together while contributing to live projects that drive Ferrero’s market performance.
You’ll work with both internal and external data to support decision-making, help maintain and update sales planning tools such as Blue Planner, and provide support for trade shows and customer-facing events. In Trade Marketing, you’ll assist in developing in-store activations, creating customer materials, and analysing shopper insights to influence behaviour at point of sale.
There may also be opportunities to collaborate with our Field Sales Specialists, providing insights, tools, and coordination support to strengthen in-field execution and visibility. Together, these experiences will give you a well-rounded view of how strategy is shaped centrally and brought to life in the market.

You’re a curious and motivated individual who brings a proactive mindset and a strong interest in commercial functions such as Sales and Trade Marketing. You enjoy working with data, turning insights into action, and you’re comfortable communicating with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
