Duties

- Assist customers in selecting products, answering queries, and providing product information.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a resolution that aligns with company policies.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
