Drive revenue growth and market share expansion in Europe region by developing strategic sales initiatives and developing brand clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1、Market Strategy & Execution
· Develop annual sales targets and phased execution plans based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
· Lead pricing strategy, channel management, and enterprise-level contract negotiations.
2、Industry Resource Integration & Client Development
· Develop enterprise accounts and channel networks, focusing on high-potential sectors (e.g., SaaS, MarTech).
· Be able to explore, insight and stimulate customer needs, coordinate internal resources, and match targeted marketing plans according to the company's products and marketing capabilities.
· Implement client retention programs to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
3、Team Leadership & Enablement
· Build and manage European sales teams (hiring, training, performance evaluation).
· Coordinate cross-functional support for client solutions.
· Define team KPIs, monitor sales pipeline health, and provide coaching.
4、Risk & Compliance Oversight
· Ensure compliance with regulations and commercial policies.
· Manage contract fulfillment, collections, and credit risk mitigation.
Qualifications:
1、5+ years in B2B sales in Europe region;
2、Experience and customer resources in SaaS and Martech industries;
3、3+ years managing ≥3 person sales teams.
