Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Duties
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company objectives and targets.

- Oversee B2B sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies to maximize outreach and engagement.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales performance, managing customer relationships, and analyzing market trends.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure contracts while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement within the team.

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales is essential.
