Job Description: Sales Consultant (French Speaking)

Purpose of the Role:
At Motorsport Events we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with exceptional customer service and sales skills. You will be the first line of contact for all inbound customer contacts and sales; providing exceptional customer service and handling customer feedback and queries are the key aspects of the role, therefore a customer service or sales background is essential. Additionally, this role is responsible for all inbound and outbound sales across the Motorsport Events business.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Sales conversion – providing information, product knowledge and suggestions to all inbound emails and calls to help customers choose the right package for them.
- Customer Service – understand customer requirements, answer queries and troubleshoot any issues that may arise from them, offer exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail – accurately manage and input customer bookings to the online system, correct spelling and grammar are essential for email and livechat correspondence.
- External Contractors - Liaise with travel component suppliers and providers to ensure bookings are completed and fulfilled
- Event Preparation - Ensure customer has received all travel related documents and confirmations and assist with fulfilment/distribution of these documents as required
- Event Support - Attend headline events and assist with setup, breakdown and operation of the events. For most key events be on-site with the rest of the team to ensure the clients satisfaction, be available for assistance with the product and provide complaint resolution
- Outbound Sales - Attend trade shows, familiarisation trips and supplier visits as directed. Communicate with sponsors, teams and corporate clients to secure business for future events.
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes Required:
- Must speak French fluently
- A positive, enthusiastic, and motivated individual that always looks to deliver service beyond expectations
- A genuine desire and enjoyment in helping customers, championing our service and values
- Excellent oral/telephone communication skills – Be able to communicate in a polite, patient, friendly, and professional manner and tone
- Excellent written/email communication - Be able to communicate and write content in a clear, well-written, friendly, and professional style
- A high level of accuracy with impeccable attention to detail
- Well-organised, proactive and able to effectively manage multiple tasks using prioritisation
- Be able to work both independently and as a team
- Previous experience in events and sales is desired
- Adaptability - Learning the company products, systems and procedures
