Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalised guidance to help them find products that meet their needs.
- Maintain elevated boutique standards and keep displays that enhance the luxury shopping experience.
- Employ strategic upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Till function and operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and discreetly.
- Stay informed of current trends and services to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold the boutique’s high standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
- Experience in Merchandise is an advantage, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Ability to engage customers with poise, using effective upselling techniques while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
