Rabart Decorators Merchants Ltd
We are looking for someone who is keen to work Saturday as a standard as part of our Saturday Team. We are family run Decorators Merchants who currently have branches covering South West England and South Wales. We supply decorating materials to retail customers, DIY enthusiasts, contractors and professional decorators along with local authorities and other public bodies.
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to offer high level of customer service.
- Be able to engage with customers and attend to their needs with ease.
- Be keen to learn about products and materials in order to be able to assist customers with their choices.
- Be flexible and able to work the occasional weekday when required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers to establish their needs.
- Mixing paint and advising customers.
- Handling cash.
- Operating tills.
- Stocking shelves.
- Counting and ordering stock.
As an independent merchant we pride ourselves on offering customers expert advice and outstanding service, whilst giving them the right product at the right price to get their job done. We see individuals within the company as playing a key role in achieving this, and we are therefore seeking individuals who are motivated, friendly, flexible and committed to being a valuable member of the team.
Opening hours for the store are 8.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays (7.30am to 5.00pm weekdays). Additional shifts may be offered during the week, but this is essentially and advert for someone wanting to work Saturdays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.24 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 7.5 per week
