Julian Charles are a homeware brand that sells beautifully made soft furnishings, including quality bedding, ready-made curtains, luxury duvets and home accessories. The business is a multi-channel retailer with over 120 stores and concessions across the U.K and an online website that is going from strength to strength.
We are looking for a confident, energetic individual with customer service experience to be a part of our team at our Julian Charles Orpington Store. You must be computer literate.
Duties will include selling, restocking and merchandising.
The Position is for a Sales Assistants. 4 hour Contract. With a chance of overtime to cover holidays and sickness.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer service.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked store.
- Help with deliveries.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience.
- Be fully flexible with work days and times.
- Basic knowledge of word and excel.
- Basic understanding of customer service.
