- Handle customer transactions efficiently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when addressing inquiries via phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and assisting customers.
- Communicate effectively with diverse customers, utilising bilingual or multilingual skills where applicable to enhance customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to sell products and services in a retail environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in Spanish or other languages.
- Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly workspace.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy retail setting.
