Purpose:
Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant – with Key Holder responsibilities, to join the team in our brand new store based in Great Yarmouth.
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 per hour + non contractual, hourly sales commission.

Training for this role will be held in our Norwich store - All travel expenses will be covered.

Key activities:
- Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
- Serving customers at the till - processing sales transactions.
- Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI’s.
- Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
- Processing of stock deliveries in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy, to a high standard.
- Any additional ad hoc duties, as and when required.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to approach and serve all customers.
- The drive to exceed monthly performance targets.
- Methodical approach to completing daily tasks.

Salary/Pay:
