Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. A background in golf either playing or career based is desirable but not essential.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive sales by promoting products and services effectively.
- Take initiative to learn about all products in store.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
- Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Ensure store is kept to a high standard, displays stocked clean and clearly priced.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is essential.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
- Organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive drive to achieve results and contribute positively to the team environment.
