Lead VRS Installer – Join a Leading National Infrastructure Contractor
Location: Based from Chippenham, Wiltshire
Salary: £52,000 starting – rising to £55,900 based on experience (£200–£215 per shift, day or night)
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (nights and days) with optional weekend overtime

With a strong reputation and a growing order book, we’re now looking for an experienced Lead VRS Installer to support our projects, primarily across the South West, South East, and Midlands.

What We Expect
- Fit and able to work nights
- Based near Chippenham or willing to travel, accommodation provided when staying away
- Full UK Driving Licence (or ability to gain one within 6 months) with no more than 6 points
- Blue CSCS/FISS card
- Hands-on experience with a range of proprietary and non-proprietary VRS systems (fences, terminals, crash cushions, parapets)
- Confident leading a team and delivering to a high standard
- Flexible approach to travel, working nights, and occasional weekend work
- Willing to work away from home, subsistence provided
About the Role
You’ll lead a small crew delivering repairs, renewals, and upgrades to VRS and parapet systems, responding to defects, damage, and maintenance needs. Most shifts are nights and run Monday to Friday. Work includes standalone repairs with job-and-knock flexibility, as well as planned upgrades (e.g., P1 to P4 terminal replacements). You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and delivering safe, high-quality installations.
