Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join our nursery team. The successful candidate will lead and support a team of childcare staff, ensuring a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor staff within the room
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
- Maintain records of children’s progress and development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding standards
