Experience Required: Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
About the Role:
Fairyland Nursery is seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join our friendly and professional team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a nurturing environment where children’s learning and development are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team to deliver outstanding care and education in line with EYFS standards
- Plan, organise, and implement engaging activities for children
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and progress of every child in your care
- Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in a nursery or childcare role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
