Established in 1995, LPC Maintenance Limited, is a London based property maintenance company providing a comprehensive range of services, including planned preventive and reactive maintenance with exceptional customisation to individual client requirements. We are a growing team, currently comprising 40 professionals, including qualified gas safety and heating engineers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and tradesmen. We carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of private owners, tenants, and landlords. Our services cater to London and Greater London areas.
Job Description:
Maintenance roofer required for specialist domestic maintenance & repairs works. We are seeking a candidates with good experience in all things roofing from gutter clearances and repairs including lead work and mortar work. Candidates must have a full UK driving license and have experience of working in London with inside the M25. Candidates should only apply if they can commit to working across London with a realistic commute on various different properties throughout the week.
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to maintain, repair and build different types of roof and roofing systems
- Have served a full trade apprenticeship
- Have the equivalent to 5 years post qualification work experience
- Have experience of high end domestic repair, maintenance and refurbishment
- Have experience pricing jobs
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- A well-established reputation in their community as a roofer
- Minimum 4 years experience
- Happy to work in London and surrounding areas!
