What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll rotate through placements like:
- Risk Data Analytics – using real business data to uncover insights
- Audit & Compliance – evaluating processes and making key improvement recommendations
- Financial Operations – working as a Dealership Accountant, Assistant Controller & more
- Strategic Reporting – supporting external audits and presenting to senior execs
You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full financial lifecycle — and by the end of the programme, you’ll be equipped to step into a key role in our business.
We’re Looking For:
- A 2:1 degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to relocate
- Motivation, curiosity and a real desire to learn and grow
