RETAIL & STOCK ASSISTANT
We are looking for a friendly, proactive and organised individual to join our team, as a Retail & Stock Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for people, leads by example, has a great eye for detail and is looking to be part of and contribute to a 5* team.

About you?
- Someone with experience working in a retail environment
- A natural people person who enjoys talking to customers from all over the world
- Understands the importance of top sellers, and ensures stock is adequately replenished to reflect sales and display volume
- A confident salesperson, able to anticipate customer needs
- A proactive team player, who takes ownership of tasks, uses their initiative and always stays one step ahead.
- Knows how to prioritise a workload, while managing everyday tasks
- Someone with strong attention to detail, who takes pride in their work
- A can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
What will you be doing?
- Proactively approaching customers on the shop floor, making genuine recommendations and providing a service that exceeds customer expectations
- Using our Epos system to process sales
- Receiving and processing (often sizable) deliveries*
- Distributing stock to multiple stock locations and departments
- Keeping the shop floor fully stocked and ensuring all products are priced and well displayed
- Supporting our Visitor Assistants to ensure daily tasks and cleaning schedules are completed
- Maintaining a 5-star level of cleanliness both front and back of house
*Due to our historic location, and listed status of our building, deliveries are taken in by hand. As such, manual handling is a key component of the role*

Pay: £13.79 per hour
Expected hours: 36.25 per week
