Experienced & Enthusiastic Retail Sales Person Wanted for TRENDS Lavenham
We’re looking for a skilled, versatile and passionate individual to join our team and help run our Fashion Accessories & Home Décor Gift Shop.
Position:·
- 5 days per week, including alternate weekends - work Saturday/Sunday, have next Saturday/Sunday OFF
- Work closely with our dedicated Sales Team and liaise with our sister shop, Retail Therapy
Key Responsibilities:·
- Engage with customers and turn browsers into buyers
- Create eye-catching window and in-store displays
- Manage stock and process new deliveries
- Drive social media activity, including regular posts and promotions
- Maintain and update our Shopify websites and other online platforms
- Handle customer enquiries in person, by phone and online
We’re looking for someone who:·
- Has a positive, "can-do" attitude
- Is confident and friendly with customers from all walks of life
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Brings creativity, initiative and a good sense of humour
- Is passionate about retail and eager to contribute to our continued success
Starting hourly rate:
- £14.50 Starting
- Salary equating to approx £28,000 pa.
