About the Role:
We’re opening our biggest store yet in Bournemouth—and we want you on our team! As a Retail Assistant at Sport It First Outlet, you’ll help deliver a great customer experience, keep the store looking sharp, and support the day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service.
- Maintain high store standards and displays.
- Work 8-hour shifts across weekdays and weekends.
- Use in-store tech to assist customers and manage stock.

No retail experience? No problem. If you’re motivated and customer-focused, we’ll provide the training. You’ll need:

Who We Are:
Sport It First Outlet is a growing, family-run retail business specializing in top brand sportswear at discounted prices . Our Bournemouth location is our third and largest store, with plans for more openings soon. Our Bournemouth location will be opening in July 2025.
