Initial Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for
- Processing customer payments at the checkout
- Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
- Receiving and unpacking deliveries
- Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised at all times
- Assisting with stock-takes
- Assisting with the display of merchandise
- Informing clients of promotions and recommending products
- Building a rapport with customers
Candidates from various backgrounds, such as retail, warehouse, care/healthcare, and hospitality (waiters/waitresses and bar staff), have all found success in our team.
Our day starts at 8.45 and finishes at 5.15. We are open at this store Monday to Saturday This is a part-time position 3 days a week.
