BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE VAPING INDUSTRY IS ESSENTIAL OR A VAPE ENTHUSIAST
WEEKEND AVAILABILITY AND A WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL BETWEEN HOVE AND HAYWARDS HEATH STORE IF REQUIRED
We seek a fully flexible, dedicated, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Vape Shop Assistant.
Full-time flexibility is required for holiday and sickness cover when applicable.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide excellent customer service
- Deal with customer needs and resolve any issues
- Keep up to date with the latest products
- Keeping displays to the highest standard
- Ensuring the store is clean, tidy and well stocked
- Handling money and using the till
- Opening and closing the store
Key Skills
- Excellent customer service
- Knowledge of vaping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hardworking and reliable
- Superb attendance and punctuality
Basic knowledge of the vaping industry and excellent customer service is essential. Key Holder and Supervisor experience preferred. All candidates must be available to work weekends.
