In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products will be key to driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products
- Provide knowledgeable information about products
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display
- Handle transactions accurately using our card provider Sum Up
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve store performance
Skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Organisational skills to maintain a tidy stall and manage stock efficiently
- Experience in merchandising to create attractive product displays
- Ability to engage customers through effective upselling techniques
- Basic knowledge of football is essential
