The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and sales-driven Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly team. Your main responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service while maximising sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage warmly with customers, offering knowledgeable advice and product recommendations
- Drive sales by promoting key products, special offers, and upselling where appropriate
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to showcase our cashmere and souvenir ranges
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support stock management, including restocking and inventory checks
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming store environment for both customers and colleagues
About You
- Proven retail or customer service experience (luxury or fashion retail experience is an advantage)
- Confident in engaging with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Target-driven with a genuine passion for selling
- Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
- A positive attitude and a love for Scotland’s culture and heritage

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
