We are EXHALE a fast growing, professionally run vape business. Founded in 2018 in Fife we are looking for professional people interested in the vape industry to join our team.
We are currently recruiting for a part time Retail Assistant to work weekends in our Glenrothes vape shop on a temporary basis whilst a staff member is on maternity leave. You will also have the opportunity to pick up extra shifts during the week.
With customer service at the heart of our business, we take pride in ensuring every customer leaves with a smile on their face. If you are interested in working within the vape industry and would enjoy a public facing position then we would like to hear from you.
Who we need
The ideal candidate would be outgoing, enthusiastic & comfortable conversing with a broad demographic of customers. Candidates must also be punctual, reliable & trustworthy.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and recommeding suitable products
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to customers
- Be reliable and punctual
- Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers to make purchases
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Good time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience or knowledge on vaping would be beneficial but is not required. Full training will be provided.

Accredited training courses and work trips are available on a periodic basis as well as out of work team building activities for all staff members. The right candidate may have the opportunity to stay on permentantly.
