Responsibilities

- Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customers feel valued.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
- Address customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of store presentation.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Organisational skills to maintain a tidy work environment and manage stock effectively.
